Transforming Children's Behavioral Health in the SouthlandBloom, Bremen, Rich, Thornton Township
Family 2 Family's National Provider Network (NPN) provides a platform for organizations and agencies to share information, resources and discuss trends and data that are impacting youth and families across the United States.
Ensuring the mental well-being of our children is a crucial endeavor. While NPN has grown in numbers, data provided by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and the Children's Behavioral Health Care Transformation Initiative show many children in our communities face significant challenges related to behavioral health, and it is imperative that we come together to address these issues comprehensively. Family 2 Family is committed to Building Stronger Connections by inviting nonprofits, family members, peers, community organizations, mental health professionals, and stakeholders from various sectors to achieve the following objectives:
Your expertise, dedication, and community connections make you a valuable partner in this endeavor. By joining forces, we can create a more comprehensive network of support for children and families struggling with behavioral health challenges. The "Blueprint for Transformation" is a 92 page document that outlines the statewide initative to make mental health services more accessible to families across Illinois.
